Rainbow Fluorite
Quite often referred to as ‘the most colourful mineral in the world’ due to its range of brilliant colours and originally referred to as fluorspar in 1530. Found worldwide in such countries as China, France, Russia, Mongolia and North America.
Fluorite is said to cleanse, stabilise and protect the aura improving physical and mental co-ordination. When working with the upper chakras it is said to increase intuitive abilities, linking the human mind to universal consciousness.
Rainbow Fluorite is known as the genius stone, it has a calming energy bringing order to a chaotic mind. Found in all colours of the rainbow in all shades, the most common being purple, yellow, blue or green. Less common colours are red, pink, white, black and brown.

Fluorite is found worldwide and the word fluorite is derived from the Latin word fluere, which means ‘to flow’.
